SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notice of updated Exhibit B to ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan

LONG DESCRIPTION: In April 2019, ERCOT and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP) signed a coordination plan concerning shared assets, including Switchable Generation Resources (SWGR), Direct Current Ties, and Block Load Transfers (ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan). In accordance with section 6.1 of the ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan, ERCOT and SPP updated Exhibit B to reflect the status of SWGRs, effective June 1, 2026. The amendment is effective for the 2026 Summer season, which is defined therein as June 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026.

The updated Exhibit B is included in the ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan posted on the Operating Procedures page of ERCOT.com.
