Description:
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that Energy Offer Curves for procured Contract for Capacity (C4C) Resources are set at the effective Value of Lost Load (VOLL). This NPRR also clarifies that C4C will be dispatched by ERCOT via the Day-Ahead Reliability Unit Commitment (DRUC) or Hourly Reliability Unit Commitment (HRUC) process.
